Each week the Form-Nation community will receive Power, Freedom and Presence videos that brings the Formation Studio experience to wherever you are. Designed to be done multiple times over the week, your body and mind will learn the choreography, feel depth and growth within each movement, build confidence and strength, and ultimately lead you to own your Power, Freedom and Presence. THE CLASSES

POWER

Own your Power in this music-driven workout. Using your own body weight, with the option to challenge yourself further by adding light dumbbells and resistance bands, you will exercise your whole body. Work through the resistance as you build your endurance and strength. There is no choreography but we’ve got you beat for beat.

FREEDOM

Move to the music and engage the entire body in this cardio party. Be free in this non-stop class. There is no routine taught but we’ll provide you a blueprint of movement. Take the inspiration in a way that feels good for you and keeps your heart pumping.

PRESENCE

You want the mental exercise as much as the physical, join in for a routine-based class. Our beginner-friendly approach is welcoming to those who have never danced before. We ask that, like anything you are new to, you give yourself patience and grace as you challenge your mind and body connection.
